BY BEING A DESIGNER AT CAKEDAY YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICES.
🎂-ALL DESIGNERS MUST HAVE 1 NEW RELEASE ITEM EXCLUSIVELY SOLD EACH ROUND OF CAKEDAY
NO RE-RELEASES OF ITEMS OR RE COLORS THAT HAVE BEEN RELEASED IN ANY OTHER EVENTS OR MAIN STORES.
-FULL PERMS ITEM ARE ALLOWED IS AS LONG AS IT IS TEXTURED NICELY AND UNIQUELY USED.

🎂 ALL OBJECTS MUST BE PHANTOM ONLY! This helps to reduce lag. If rezzing furniture, PLEASE REMOVE ALL POSES AND SCRIPTS ( If not for sale or used as a demo )
🎂- STOLEN / BOTTED ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOW YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FROM THE VENUE.
🎂- Renting booths early is not permitted! Your payment will be refunded and your items will be returned with a fine. The office/renting begins on the 1st of every month at 12:00pm SLT.
🎂 - If your booth is not ready by 11:59PM SLT, on the 11th you will owe a late fee of 1k
🎂- The only scripts needed inside your booth is the vendor scripts. If using Casper, we recommend using the 'Event Vendor Script' to prevent delayed purchases.
🎂 - ALL BOOTHS AND ADS MUST BE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING.
🎂 - DEMOS ARE REQUIRED ! - For HAIR, HAIR BASES, SKIN, MAKEUP, CLOTHING, AND POSES
🎂 - YOUR STORE MUST BE IN YOUR PROFILE.

NO ASKING TO BE A SPONSOR
NO more than ONE booth
NO waterfalls
NO sounds
NO running water
NO items hanging out the front, back, or sides of the booth
No resizing, re-rezzing, moving or recoloring of the booth
NO excessive flashing lights
NO fog
NO glittering stairs
NO High glow, brightness should not exceed "0.05",
NO animesh what-so-ever!
We try to reduce lag as much as possible so customers have a better shopping experience.
*Premium Booth Holders* are by request. It must be reserved the prior month and paid by the of 1st each round. Must have at least (2) or more new exclusive releases and must be setup before the deadline each round. No exceptions!
*Sponsors*, are by invite only and rotated each new round. If you would like to become a sponsor here's what we look for:
1. New and original content
2. On time designers
3. Quality work and AD
4. Designers who follow the rules
We expect this from ALL CAKEDAY Designers. Those who do not follow the rules or meet this criteria will be removed.
All inactive designers will be removed from the designer group and must reapply to get back in the designer group..
